You can pay online, by phone at (620) 555-0150, by mail, or in person at the registration desk at any of our three facilities.

Why you may get more than one bill

The hospital bills for the facility, the equipment, and the staff. Physicians bill separately for their own professional services. An emergency visit with imaging can therefore produce a hospital bill, a physician bill, and a radiologist bill. That is not an error and you are not being charged twice for the same thing.

Payment plans

Interest free payment plans are available and there is no minimum balance to qualify. Call the billing office and tell them what you can manage each month. Most people who call get something workable.

Financial assistance

We provide discounted or free care based on household income and size. Applying does not affect the care you receive, and it is not means-tested with any more scrutiny than the form requires.

Call and ask for the financial counselor before a balance goes to collections. Once an account has gone out the door it is considerably harder to unwind.

Estimates before a service

You are entitled to a good faith estimate before a scheduled service, whether you are insured or not. Ask when you schedule. If the final bill comes in substantially above the estimate, call us about it.
